Schedule your first visit online, by phone, or visit our office. Your initial appointment is reserved exclusively for you, typically lasting about one to two hours. We ask for 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule.

Your first visit
What to Expect
During your first visit, we gather necessary dental records and information to identify factors affecting your oral health. We'll discuss your concerns and cosmetic goals in detail. Your appointment is about one to two hours and reserved just for you.
Before You Arrive
Complete our new patient forms before your appointment. We can email or mail them to you, or you can fill them out on arrival. Bring your insurance card and photo ID. These steps help us serve you better and make your visit smoother.
Insurance & Billing
We work with hundreds of dental insurance companies. We'll verify your coverage before treatment and provide detailed estimates so you know your costs upfront. Payment options include cash, checks, credit cards, and payment plans.
